Drama Competitions At Institutional Level
संस्था पातळीवर आयोजित नाटयस्पर्धा
Institutional level drama competition
started from the academic year 1985-86.
In the first year, 8 schools
participated in the competition.
Over time, the number of schools participating
in the competition increased.
Competitions for pre-primary and primary schools
were started from the year 1988-89.
The tournament was held biennially until 1998-99,
with the exception of 1992-93 when the tournament had to be
canceled due to the Bomb blasts in Mumbai.
In 1999-2000, a drama training camp was organized for
the teachers guiding the students. From 1996-97,
a one-act competition was started for the higher
secondary and college students of the institute.
The institution is constantly striving
for the overall development of the students.
Along with the increase in the
results of the final exam,
the students also excelled in drama, acting, writing,
elocution, sports etc.
Sports, Drama, Oratory, Painting, Essay etc.
Various competitions are organized. The organization spends a lot
of money every year to organize this competition. As it is becoming
difficult to meet these expenses day by day, the board of directors
had to take a decision to organize drama and sports competitions
once in two years. One of the objectives behind organizing the
competition is to bring together the students/teachers
from various schools of the institute spread over three districts,
to give them an idea of the development/progress of the institute and
to nurture their sportsmanship. Therefore, sports, elocution, painting
competitions are organized from various schools. However, as no closed
hall is available in other schools of the institution,
the drama competitions are organized at Dadar.
संस्था पातळीवरील नाटयस्पर्धेस शैक्षणिक वर्ष 1985-86 पासून सुरूवात झाली.
पहिल्या वर्षी 8 शाळांनी स्पर्धेत भाग घेतला.
कालांतराने स्पर्धेत भाग घेणाऱ्या शाळांची संख्या वाढत गेली.
1988-89 सालापासून पूर्व-प्राथमिक व प्राथमिक शाळांसाठी स्पर्धा सुरू करण्यांत आल्या.
1992-93 साली मुंबईतील बॉम्बस्फोटामुळे स्पर्धा रद्द कराव्या लागल्या हा अपवाद वगळता
1998-99 सालापर्यंत स्पर्धा प्रतिवर्षी आयोजित केल्या जात होत्या.
1999-2000 मध्ये विद्यार्थ्यांना मार्गदर्षन करणाऱ्या शिक्षकांसाठी एक नाटयप्रशिक्षण
शिबीर आयोजित करण्यांत आले. 1996-97 पासून संस्थेच्या उच्च माध्यमिक व
महाविद्यालयातील विद्यार्थ्यांसाठी एकांकिका स्पर्धा सुरू करण्यांत आली.
विद्यार्थ्यांच्या सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी संस्था सतत प्रयत्नषील आहे.
शालांत परीक्षेच्या निकालवृध्दी बरोबरच विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये नाटय,
अभिनय, लेखन, वक्तृत्व, क्रीडा इ. गुण जोपासण्यासाठी
संस्थेतर्फे क्रीडा, नाटय वक्तृत्व, चित्रकला, निबंध इ. विविध
स्पर्धांचे आयोजन केले जाते. या स्पर्धा आयोजनासाठी संस्थेस
दरवर्षी बराच खर्च येतो. हा खर्च भगविणे दिवसेंदिवस कठीण
होत जात असल्याने नाटय व क्रिडा स्पर्धांचे आयोजन दोन वर्षातून
एकदा करण्याचा निर्णय नाईलाजास्तव संचालक मंडळास घ्यावा लागाला.
तिन जिल्हयात पसरलेल्या संस्थेच्या विविध शाळांतील विद्यार्थ्यांना/शिक्षकांना
एकत्र आणणे त्यांना संस्थेच्या विकासाची/प्रगतीची कल्पना देणे त्यांच्या खिलाडूवृत्ती
जोपासणे हाही स्पर्धा आयोजना मागचा एक हेतू आहे.त्यामुळे क्रीडा, वक्तृत्व,
चित्रकला स्पर्धा विविध षाळां मधून आयोजित केल्या जातात.मात्र संस्थेच्या अन्य
शाळांमध्ये बंदिस्त सभागृह उपलब्ध नसल्याने नाटयस्पर्धा मात्र दादर येथे आयोजित केल्या जातात.
